This allows us to monitor system health such as running processes, available resources, disk space etc. We can also setup email alerts for preconfigured triggers such as when a processor is running above an expectant threshold.
All our contracted customers have hosted remote support installed on their machines. This not only allows us quick access on demand but also allows us to carry out maintenance, updates etc out of hours and thus ensuring downtime is kept to a bare minimum.
Where possible and subject to availability we schedule larger jobs out of hours. This allows us to complete our work uninterrupted whilst also allowing extra time for post install testing which is a great way of ensuring that updates etc don't impact the end users.
