As mentioned in our Pro-Active IT Support page we always strive to work on 'prevention is better than cure'.

However this isn't always possible, especially for new clients or for ones we have recently adopted.  It's because of this that we strive to make our business IT support services both easy and accessible.

By utilising industry leading software such as Teamviewer, Zendesk and LogMeIn we can offer enterprise quality support systems and remote support.

Teamviewer for example allows us to securely remote into any desktop, laptop or server which has internet access, both for existing and first time clients.  And it doesn't matter if we are away from our desk at the time as we can utilise this on mobiles, tablets and laptops as well.

We have recently signed up to Kayako as our Helpdesk software provider.  It offers a feature rich backend for our self management but also a simple, clean and easy to use portal for clients to use. Kayako also provides our Live Chat facility which allows our technicians to promptly respond to all incoming enquiries.
